Global Experts Network (GEN) Ltd is a consulting firm registered with the Rwanda Development Board since 2016, delivering a broad range of professional services across Rwanda and the African region.

Headquartered in Kigali, GEN specializes in Tax, Finance, Accounting, Management, and Business Development, supported by a team of permanent staff, part-time experts, and associate consultants. Tax Consultancy, Finance and Accounting Services

We offer a comprehensive suite of services covering all aspects of financial operations, accounting systems, and tax compliance. This includes building and implementing accounting systems such as Sage100, SAGE PASTEL Evolution, QuickBooks, Tally, and SAP, as well as outsourced management of accounting and finance departments. Our services also encompass payroll management, compilation, review, and reporting of annual accounts. Additionally, we provide tax consultancy, advisory, compliance, and filing services for VAT, WHT, PAYE, and CIT, along with monthly tax compliance and health checks. In partnership, we conduct audit and certification of financial statements and offer business valuations to assess company worth.

Business Development Services (BDS)

Our Business Strategy & Development Services focus on driving organizational growth through effective planning and human resource solutions. We develop comprehensive business and strategic plans for both profit and non-profit organizations, supported by detailed financial projections to guide future growth. Additionally, we assist with staff recruitment by managing job advertising, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and providing recommendations for appointments.

Capacity Building and Coaching

Our Capacity Building & Training services address all your training and procedural documentation needs. We provide professional training on accounting software and financial reporting, alongside comprehensive financial management training through both theoretical workshops and practical, on-the-job sessions. Additionally, we develop detailed procedure manuals covering financial, administrative, HR, monitoring & evaluation (M&E), and procurement processes tailored for enterprises.

Language and Communication Services

Our Language and Communication Services offer expert translation and language support to ensure clear and effective communication across multiple languages. We provide translation services between English, French, Kinyarwanda, and Swahili in all language directions.

CPA Jean-Paul Tuyishime is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 15 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, taxation, and business consulting. Known for his expertise in developing strategic plans, financial systems, and organizational policies, he is a trusted advisor to boards and management teams across diverse sectors. Jean-Paul combines technical acumen with leadership skills to deliver value in governance, capacity building, and financial management.

Rose Nyirahashakimana

Business Manager

    

Rose is an accomplished professional with a Master’s degree in Project Management and a strong background in commercial strategy and marketing. She currently works as Business Manager, drawing on over a decade of experience in both the private and entrepreneurial sectors. Prior to her current role, she served for more than seven years as the Commercial and Marketing Director at Rwanda Plastic Industries, where she played a key role in driving business growth and market expansion. As a member of the Board of Directors, Rose brings a wealth of strategic insight, leadership, and a results-oriented approach to governance and organizational development.

Christine Munganyinka

Finance Manager

    

She is a Finance and professional accountant with over 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and administration within Sub-Saharan Africa. She has a proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and internal auditing, with extensive knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and has demonstrated ability to manage teams, train staff, and ensure adherence to administrative policies. She is also a skilled in human resources management specialist, including payroll processing, employee relations, and capacity building. Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English, and French, she has a strong commitment to excellence and organizational growth.
